CBS Broadcasting relocated its Interactive, Network Sales, and CSTV groups to a new office space located at Two Prudential Plaza.  These three groups required 10,600 rentable SF of office space consisting of approximately 60% private office and 40% open area workstations.  In addition, a large conference room was designed using state of the art audio visual systems. Furniture selections, along with color, material, and finish selections were based upon CBS’s current Chicago Corporate Standards, which consist of the Steelcase Partnership lines. This project was completed entirely with Building Information Modeling, Autodesk Revit 2009.
