Christopher Krestel is an architect and project manager with over 20 years of professional experience. His core competencies deal with managing multiple simultaneous complex projects with a wide range of project scope, organizing multi-disciplined teams and serving as the main client contact for projects across North America. Mr. Krestel’s passion revolves around using the latest in technology to improve the design process, better our clients understanding of the built environment, prior and during construction, all while improving the bottom line. Mr. Krestel was instrumental in introducing Building Information Modeling (BIM) within MDI Access, Cubellis & Loebl Schlossman & Hackl and has managed many projects in upwards of $40 Million dollars in construction costs. 

Currently Mr. Krestel is a licensed architect in Illinois, North Carolina, Texas, Georgia, Colorado, District of Columbia and Iowa, and a registered interior designer within the state of Illinois. Mr. Krestel has held NCARB Certification since 2008, meeting the highest professional standards established by the registration boards responsible for protecting the health, safety, and welfare of the public. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional with concentrations in Building Design and Construction.

Locally Mr. Krestel is a member of the Village of Mokena, Site Plan and Architectural Review Committee, donating his talents to the local governing body, board member of Landmark Christian Academy and serves in many capacities within the local church.

Christopher received a Bachelor of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
