This Mission Critical development takes an existing 105,651 GSF flex/warehouse building and converts it into a Tier III+ Data Center. The building is located on 7.21 acres, and reuses the approximately 7,000 SF of office space, loading dock and restrooms. The existing core and shell was built in 2002. The data center itself features (4) 2MW pods, with dedicated electrical rooms per pod.

The Electrical service is modeled at 2N or can be installed per the users requirements.

An N+1 Chilled water system is designed for the property with in-row computer room air handling units throughout the technical space.
